Senior Solution Strategist, Revenue Cycle Management

Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes. This role will be focused on Netsmart AlphaCollector platform. Netsmart AlphaCollector is a leading cloud-based collection automation platform purpose-built to increase collection rates.

Responsibilities

• Define market requirements for current and future solution sets by independently conducting sophisticated market research supported by on-going visits to clients, non-clients and community stakeholders
• Communicate comprehensive solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
• Manage breadth of inter-related solution roadmaps and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Create and lead strategies to conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing.
• Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Lead partnership with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
• At least 7 years of solution or product management experience
• At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
• At least 3 years of Agile development work experience
