What you'll be doing?
  • 🔸 Optimize and manage workflows in HubSpot and ZoomInfo to streamline lead management and campaign execution.
  • 🔸 Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • 🔸 Analyze and report on campaign performance and sales data, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • 🔸 Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine marketing and sales strategies for better outcomes.
  • 🔸 Provide technical support and training to internal users, enhancing tool proficiency and efficiency.
  • 🔸 Collaborate on revenue growth strategies and align marketing with sales to ensure quality lead handoffs and process efficiency.

  • About you
  • 🎧 You’ve got 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • 🎧 You’re a pro with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
  • 🎧 Your English communication skills are top-notch (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • 🎧 Your analytical skills are sharp, and you can turn data into actionable insights to boost performance.
  • 🎧 You’re comfortable designing A/B tests and experiments, always looking to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
  • 🎧 You’re skilled in communication and collaboration, making you a great team player across departments.
  • 🎧 You’ve got a solid understanding of SQL and business intelligence tools, plus strong project management skills.
