Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a well-rounded digital marketer who can strategize on all areas of digital marketing and surface insights that drive action. This person acts as the subject matter expert for digital marketing in the company. At the core of this position is the ownership, development and execution of a digital marketing strategy for TruBridge. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.  Is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing and social media efforts.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leads and manages the digital marketing strategy for TruBridge
  • Leads and manages paid social media strategy with external agency partner(s)
  • Leads and manages paid digital and search marketing with external agency partner(s)
  • Is responsible for the execution of digital marketing efforts via external agency partner(s)
  • Partners with members of the marketing team to support strategy efforts, bringing your digital marketing recommendations to meet campaign goals.
  • Provide TruBridge strategy and direction to external agency partners
  • Day to day management with digital marketing agencies
  • Partners with Content Marketing Manager and other team stakeholders to ensure proper assets, content and digital needs are created; align on content goals; ensuring timely implementation
  • Regularly analyzes marketing performance and web metrics
  • Responsible for SEO improvement and growth in search results
  • Responsible for online performance management and optimizations
  • Tracks KPIs and tangible support data
  • Makes recommendations on TruBridge website performance and ways to increase conversion
  • Creates weekly summary of previous week performance and week-ahead optimizations/changes to leaders
  • Creates monthly digital performance reports for Marketing Leadership Team that ladder to marketing goals and OKRs
  • Prepares monthly digital performance presentation for marketing team
  • Provides quarterly digital performance that feeds the Board of Directors presentation
  • Pro-actively shares progress/results and ideas for continued improvement across the marketing team
  • Consistent and relentless focus on testing and optimization
  • Creates and distributes dashboards that provide actionable insights and direction
  • Stays focused on the latest trends in the digital space and share findings across the marketing team
  • Leverages data to make actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership team and execute with the agency partners.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or other related study
  • 7+ years digital marketing experience managing SEM, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
  • 3+ years managing external agency partners
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing efforts
  • 3+ years’ experience with marketing automation platform (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Act-On, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for challenging the status quo
  • Ability to communicate and engage across all levels of the organization
