The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner marketing, digital campaign creation, and a passion for driving results through collaboration. You will be responsible for working closely with both internal teams (channel, field marketing, content marketing, and cybersecurity research) and external partners to deliver impactful marketing programs that enhance partner success and drive business growth.

 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create turnkey marketing programs with a focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Establish pipeline objectives in support of company revenue targets, and execute pipeline generation efforts focused on partner segments. 
  • Design repeatable campaign infrastructure, ensuring scalability and usability across different partner segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns focused on Managed Detection and Response (MDR) partners. Collaborate with key partners to drive co-marketing efforts that align with both Flare.io and partner goals.
  • Manage campaigns with global systems integrators, value added resellers, and other partners driving demand and product visibility across enterprise-level clients.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to ensure alignment of partner activities with regional marketing goals.
  • Work with content marketing to ensure relevant materials are created and available for partners to use in their campaigns.
  • Partner with the cybersecurity research team to ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Flare.io’s industry insights and intelligence.
  • Develop relationships and build trust with key strategic partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to partners, ensuring a consistent message and high-quality execution across campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of partner marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Develop regular reports on partner marketing activities, campaign results, and ROI to present to senior management and partners.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, digital marketing, or a related role in cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of successfully building and executing digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with various types of partners (MDRs, MSSPs, GSIs, VARs).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems, and campaign performance tracking software


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the threat intelligence 
  • Familiarity with key partners and partner categories in cybersecurity
