Summary
We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Manager to develop, support, and execute the company’s overall marketing communication efforts. You’ll be responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and comp messages across all channels to strengthen our brand, engage customers and prospects, and support our business growth objectives.
What you’ll be doingDevelop Communication Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan to promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotion in alignment with marketing objectivesContent Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including press releases, thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website contentBrand Messaging: Ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging across all platforms, both internal and externalCampaigns & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with product launches and business goalsPartner Marketing: Support the Partnerships team with engaging new and existing partners and running scalable co-marketing initiatives Event Marketing: Assist with marketing events and trade shows by creating promotional materials, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participants and stakeholdersPublic Relations: Manage media relationships, write and distribute press releases, and coordinate interviews and public appearances to maximize positive exposure for the brandAnalytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvementWe'll be excited if you haveBachelor’s degree4+ years of experience in similar roleOutstanding, intuitive written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling short and long-form B2B content with measurable resultsKnowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systemsKnowledge of SEO and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, HubSpot)Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlinesStrong analytical and data-driven mindset with the creativity to think outside the box As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Toronto area.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is CAD $110,000-$120,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options.
