Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success and adoption of our products.

You'll be responsible for bringing Dealfront's major product releases to market, managing cross-functional teams, delivering value-based messaging and positioning, and reporting results to key stakeholders.

Your mission will be to drive product adoption and growth through:

  1. Delivering well-packaged features with strong, value-based storytelling, and
  2. Identifying and actively pursuing growth opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Manage major product releases, developing and refining product positioning, messaging, value propositions, competitive advantages, and naming, along with effective sales pitches, collateral, and decks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (including product, sales, success, and marketing representatives) to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new solutions. Maintain constant alignment on product updates.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to support your projects.
  • Be the voice of the customer.
  • Initiate and run non-launch projects aimed at improving product adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Have an opinion :)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for T1 product releases.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and adoption of SaaS products.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple products, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, creative, curious mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
