Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to understand and resolve their inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the company’s values and standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless follow-up.
  • Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Share customer feedback to help influence the development of new strategies and improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
