Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while upholding company standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT products and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product developments and company policies.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English is also required.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the IT industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
