  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist passengers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services.
  • Document customer interactions and experiences accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about service enhancements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus.
