Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) is required.
  • Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer support or IT support is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment.
