As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve their issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer accurate advice and solutions.
  • Document interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge further.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience, with accommodation provided for the first two months.
