Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a new opening for a Polish Speaking Client Success Coordinator in the beautiful country of Greece! If you have a passion for client relations and a knack for organization, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Polish-speaking clients. You will assist in the implementation of services, manage client accounts, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of support. Your contributions will help to strengthen client relationships and drive overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our services
  • Act as a main point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and training sessions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, suggesting improvements as necessary
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide relevant information to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service, client support, or coordination roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience its rich culture
