Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional chat support to Italian-speaking clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our products efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer support best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in chat environments, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy chat environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
