This position reports to theAISales IntegrationManagerand is part of theData Science and AI TeamlocatedinCambridge, UK,and will beon-site.AtAbcam, our vision isto be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.

This role will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensuretimelydelivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate stakeholders,facilitatecollaboration, and manage dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, success criteria, andmaintainhigh-quality standards.
  • Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks,monitorteamcapacityandperformance,andmaintainaccurateprogress and impact reports.
  • Foster a culture of achievementandcontinuous improvement, and positivity within the team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BSc,MScor equivalent experiencein a field related toBusiness Managementor Information Technology.
  • Strong experiencein project and delivery management in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • A positive,openand inclusive mindset, with a commitment to fostering acollaborative,proactive,andproductiveworkenvironmentfocused on progressing together.

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Proficiencywith Jira,Confluence,M365 tools,andLucidchart.
  • Working in an AI or software development environment.
