This is a remote position.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily handling phone support but should also excel in chat and email communication. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.



Job Highlights:

• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday - Wednesday :  2:30am - 10:30am New York Time with 30 minutes paid break
                   Thursday - Friday: Off
                   Saturday - Sunday : 2:30am - 10:30am New York Time with 30 minutes paid break
• Client Time: New York


Responsibilities:

• Phone Support: Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Chat Support: Manage real-time customer interactions through chat, providing quick and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
• Email Support: Handle customer emails promptly and professionally, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attitude: Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.
• Availability: Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.
