In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent service to our German-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and any issues that arise
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
  • Deliver support with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training and personal development

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries effectively and with care
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems is a plus
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Greece (valid EU passport or ID may be necessary)
