Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? HWL Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with key clients, leveraging your clinical expertise to ensure optimal placements for healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough clinical document assessments and interviews (phone/video) with agency nurses, therapists, and other HCPs to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the clinical lead for assigned accounts, providing guidance and expertise to our Clinical Advisors and the Client Services team.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate HCP qualifications against US standards, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring the best match for client assignments.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate in the development of clinical tools and scenario questions, enhancing our assessment processes.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate records in the HWL platform and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding candidate status and any discrepancies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Active Registered Nursing degree and/or relevant clinical degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a hospital setting; experience in a managerial role preferred (e.g., unit director/manager, nursing supervisor).
- Skills: Exceptional interviewing and people skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and hospital administration.
