Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to software services efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical concerns.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
