Strong written and spoken English skills. Proven experience in personal/executive assistant roles. Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational abilities and discretion. 3 + years proven social media management experience with successful campaigns and measurable results. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, best practices, and analytics. Strong writing, editing, and creative skills for engaging content creation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities. Proficiency in social media advertising and ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).

Core responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements. Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence. Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information. Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines. Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals like brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage and create content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly and professionally. Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize content and campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and manage social media advertising campaigns and crisis communication strategies.
