Position Overview

 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a member of our Sales team and supports revenue target achievement by calling leads daily, championing our unique software that digitally optimizes the way home improvement companies do business. Utilizing an advanced sales stack each SDR will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to drive consistent quality meetings for our revenue quota carrying Account Executives.

 


Responsibilities

 

  • Prospecting, lead identification and qualification
  • Serves as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
  • Builds and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects and schedules for demos
  • Partner with Sales team to achieve new business quotas
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data

 


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of call center/SasS calling experience
  • Experience managing a lead pipeline
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of power dialer technology
  • Strong understanding of sales process in both short and long sales cycles
  • Ability to communicate concepts to non-technical end users
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
