  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring a memorable travel experience for every client.
  • Quickly address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to travel bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client bookings and interactions for effective follow-up.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, travel trends, and industry developments to better serve clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • No prior experience necessary; a passion for travel and eagerness to learn are essential!
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
