Job description

We are currently offering an amazing opportunity to those with an entrepreneurial mindset. If you have great enthusiasm for the Travel and Tourism industry, are positive, hard-working, and motivated to succeed, then we would like to talk to you! As a Remote Travel Agent/Coordinator, you will work directly with your clients, and various vendors and suppliers for the purpose of creating custom vacation packages.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to: airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.

Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.

Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.

Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.

Provide superior customer service to clients.

Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.

Skills and Requirements

Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.

Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.

Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.

Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Previous experience in hospitality and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US, Mexico, or Australia.
