Completed commercial or equivalent training, ideally in tourism, Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus, Excellent German and English skills (C1 or higher), Additional language skills in French/Italian are a plus.

- Advise premium card holders by phone and email
- Handle customer dossiers from offer preparation to invoicing
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
- Prepare tailored offers and travel documents
- Active selling of promotions and exclusive events
