Recruiter - LatAm

Fully Remote: LatAm

This role will be to work with a diverse portfolio of companies, utilizing your expertise to build high-performing teams across various industries. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to showcase your talents from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.

3. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

5. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.

6. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.

7. Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.

8. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics in LatAm essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.

  • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage

  • Comfortable conducting business in English
