Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Native or Bilingual in French OR German, Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security, 3+ years of Customer Success/Support in SaaS.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as primary technical contact for customer support
- Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms
- Ensure customer success through regular health checks and training
- Research technical issues and provide solutions actively
- Engage customers at all organizational levels
