Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Virtual Assistant in Greece, including relocation and accommodation support! This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding administrative assistance while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle in Greece.

In this role, you will be vital in helping clients with various tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting projects. If you are detail-oriented and ready for a new adventure, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments diligently.
  • Handle communications via email and other channels in Danish & English.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task management.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client needs.
  • Organize and maintain accurate files and documentation.
  • Assist clients with various projects and administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure effective communication to promptly address client inquiries and requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with various software tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
