Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Virtual Assistant in Greece, including relocation and accommodation support! If you are organized, proactive, and have a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, this role is perfect for you.

In this position, you will assist clients with a variety of administrative tasks while enjoying the beautiful environment of Greece. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring that clients' needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments with accuracy.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in Finnish & English.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation effectively.
  • Assist clients with various projects and tasks as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of various software tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
