Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments with precision.
Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in German & English.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client requirements.
Maintain organized files and documentation.
Assist clients with various projects and tasks as required.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with various software tools for task management and communication.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Able to work independently and in a remote capacity as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
