Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a German Speaking Virtual Assistant in Greece, complete with relocation and accommodation support! This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing administrative assistance.

In this role, you will assist clients with a variety of tasks while living in beautiful Greece. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring clients’ needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments with precision.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in German & English.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist clients with various projects and tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with various software tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Able to work independently and in a remote capacity as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
