Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you must have expertise with Canva, Podcasting, Kajabi, AI Tools, Social Media Marketing, Blog Writing, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be have excellent English communication skills with a proven track record in supporting businesses through their expertise in design, content management, AI tools, and online marketing.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, blog writing, and SEO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva, Kajabi, and podcast management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Bard, and InVideo.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tools.
• Highly responsive and able to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating visually appealing designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all visuals and designs.
• Assisting with the setup and management of podcast episodes, including editing, uploading, and publishing.
• Managing podcast platforms, show notes, guest coordination, and promotion strategies.
• Building, updating, and maintaining courses, landing pages, and email campaigns on Kajabi.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to Kajabi and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Bard, and InVideo to streamline tasks, generate content, and enhance productivity.
• Staying updated on AI advancements to recommend tools that align with business goals.
• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitoring analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Managing email correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks with precision.
• Conducting research and providing recommendations for content ideas, trends, and tools.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
