About The Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their rapidly growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the client base and driving commercial growth. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential opportunities, initiating contact with prospects, and qualifying them for the sales team. This involves cold calling, email outreach, leveraging social platforms, and using any other creative methods you can think of.

You won’t just be generating leads – you’ll be building trust and connections with prospects, helping guide them through the sales process, and converting them into solid opportunities. As an SDR, you will work closely with the commercial team and leadership to keep the sales pipeline strong, contributing directly to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Build strong connections with prospects, helping guide them through the sales process and turning them into solid sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and leadership to maintain a healthy and steady flow of qualified prospects in the sales pipeline.
  • Play a key role in expanding our client’s market presence and helping drive the growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of developing leads and converting them into opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and love overcoming obstacles to get things done.
  • Passionate and driven with a strong desire to help clients succeed.
