Your Impact:
- Through the design, building, and testing of configurations, calculations, business processes, and reports, to ensure that the system meets and aligns with business needs, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness and play a pivotal role in identifying deliverables, tracking issues and risks, and clearly communicating and escalating concerns to project management
- By troubleshooting system issues, developing enhancements, and recommending process improvements, you will help to harness new technologies and support system upgrades. This not only resolves existing challenges but also positions the organization to leverage advancements in HR technology
- Staying updated on current trends in Human Capital Management (HCM) through various learning avenues-be it online courses, reading, or conferences-enriches our HR technology expertise and empowers us to make informed decisions that benefit the organization
- Leading initiatives to enhance data quality and integrity positions us as champions of accuracy and reliability within the organization. By identifying the root causes of data integrity issues and proposing effective solutions, including user training and process improvements, we foster a culture of excellence and reliability in data management
- Assist in the development of communication and training materials, including user guides, we ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge they need to leverage system capabilities effectively, ultimately driving user engagement and satisfaction
Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday focusing on configuration, support, and administration, which will bring valuable expertise that is further enhanced by relevant Workday certifications. Proficiency in key Workday modules-including HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Reporting-enables them to effectively navigate the platform and deliver tailored solutions
- A strong background in Workday HCM Integrations and Reporting, including Raas and EIBs while seamlessly managing data workflows and system integrations; familiarity with the Workday Studio application
- Hands-on experience with XSLT/XML document transformations and validations equips you to handle complex data manipulation tasks with ease
- Knowledge of standardized IT file delivery methodologies such as SFTP and API, along with a solid understanding of IT change management and compliance, which ensures that there is alignment with organizational standards and best practices with advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
