PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

The Project Manager performs a cross-functional team role supporting the Senior Account Director on internal operations across multiple accounts. Acting as the liaison between the internal account services, design, content media and digital teams, the Project Manager provides execution support for client deliverables with impeccable organizational skills and strong communication (both verbal and written). A collaborative individual who can operate independently and is eager to learn and grow, the Project Manager is highly interested in marketing and working across various disciplines of an integrated agency, such as media, creative, website development, print publication, etc. A passion for travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Remain in consistent communication with senior-level Account Services team members about opportunities, issues and ideas within the project deliverables and client accounts.
  • Own and maintain internal vision for the division in connection with the Account Director
  • Execute scopes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for multiple, concurrent projects from set up to execution on recurring and one-off projects.
  • Ensure all contractual requirements are consistently met with the clients across teams, tracking contract-renewal timelines and opportunities across the division.
  • Collaborate with the Account Services and central resource teams to ensure internal processes are being followed by all team members and quality products are being delivered to exceed clients’ expectations.
  • Monitor resource allocation for monthly progress against project completion and prepare invoice backup for billings.

  • Work to understand the relationship between divisions within Miles; seek opportunities to understand the impact of each department.
  • Hands-on management within Miles’ project management system for resource assignments, timeline planning, as well as task and deadline management.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of agency and/or account management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills interpreting data and reporting back to senior Account Services team members.
  • Understanding of, and continual self-education on, marketing best practices.
  • Understanding of B2C and B2B marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Proficient leadership and managerial skills to enhance strong team performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite.

COMPENSATION: $65,000-70,000
