Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with Italian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Onboard new clients, offering training and resources for effective usage of our products
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction levels and address any issues
Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Analyze customer success metrics and contribute to process enhancements
Keep abreast of industry trends to provide insights and guidance to clients

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and caring attitude
Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
