Job Title: Licensed Therapist - Remote (Telehealth)

Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Therapist and contribute to our mission of making high-quality mental health care accessible to all. In this fully remote role, you will deliver compassionate care to clients while collaborating with fellow clinicians and prescribers. This position offers a full-time, salaried employment opportunity with benefits eligibility for those licensed in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly 45-minute therapy sessions with clients
  • Maintain a flexible schedule providing 15-40 hours of availability weekly
  • Collaborate with prescribers to manage clients’ medication
  • Engage with like-minded clinicians to foster positive client outcomes

Required Skills

  • Independently Licensed Therapist in the US (e.g., Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work)
  • Proficient in diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria
  • Strong evidence-based clinical skills with a focus on outcome-oriented care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Knowledgeable in crisis response and adept in telemedicine
  • Tech-savvy with a commitment to enhancing mental health care accessibility
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience or familiarity with a startup environment is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one state; willingness to obtain additional licenses
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
