Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, offering essential support and guidance tailored to their mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate client progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through case consultations and team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality client care while adhering to a flexible yet organized schedule.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Associate Licensure in the state as a Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
  • Full Licensure in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation And Benefits

  • Annual base salary for Associate Licensure beginning at approximately $59,260, dependent on experience.
  • Full Licensure Annual Base Salary starting at approximately \(69,846 to \)88,462, based on experience.
