What you will be doing:

 

As a highly skilled RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in Lean Tech's journey of digital transformation and process optimization. This position involves designing and implementing advanced RPA solutions to enhance efficiency across various enterprise systems. You'll collaborate closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to assess and document existing processes, ensuring they are suitable for automation. 

 

You'll also develop and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, requiring expertise in process analysis and optimization, along with advanced skills in RPA development and integration with enterprise applications. This role is integral to our mission, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization and the industry's future. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to assess and document existing processes for automation suitability, using Kanban for process analysis and documentation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots with UiPath to automate routine tasks, ensuring seamless interaction with various applications and systems.
  • Implement robust error handling and exception management strategies to maintain high bot performance standards.
  • Integrate RPA solutions into existing enterprise systems, working closely with IT teams for secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business objectives, addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, bot configurations, and updates throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor RPA bot performance, initiating timely updates and enhancements to optimize operations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring understanding of RPA benefits and use.
  • Continuously explore new RPA technologies and best practices to drive process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of proven experience in RPA development using UiPath or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript for enhanced automation functionality.
  • Strong experience with SQL.
  • Advanced understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a preference for Kanban methodology.
  • Industry certifications in RPA, such as UiPath Certified Professional, are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
