As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilledTeam Lead Frontendwith strong leadership skills to join our RichBrains team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers up to 10 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture: conduct 1-1 meetings, performance review, performance development plan, etc.;
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of responsive and interactive web applications;
Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless user experiences;
Develop and enforce strategy, identify process improvement opportunities, and promote front-end best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies in front-end development;
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;
Participate in planning and estimation processes for new projects and features.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in frontend development;
At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management of software development teams;
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS;
Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks as React.js;
Experience with responsive & adaptive design;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
English proficiency level: ability to read and understand technical documentation, advocate for technical solutions, and effectively communicate with clients.
Nice to have:
Hand-on experience with React Native, Angular, Node.js, Vue.js;
Experience with native mobile development.
