Job description

This is a remote position.

Job highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain customer information in the company’s CRM system
  • Send agreements for client signatures using Adobe or similar software
  • Collect and verify client identification and banking information
  • Ensure all compliance items are properly collected and documented
  • Review client files for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for the investment team
  • Manage internal communication regarding file status and missing information

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of compliance requirements in the financial sector
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern
  • Remote work with set working hours
  • Primary focus on internal administrative tasks
  • No direct client contact initially, but potential for future client interaction
  • Collaboration with multiple teams, particularly the investment team
  • Handling of sensitive financial and personal information
