Job description

Join our reputable and dynamic organization as a Remote Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our esteemed clients. In this position, you will engage with customers through inbound calls, meticulously document details from your conversations, and effectively utilize established scripts and resources to guide your discussions.

This role requires the ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty security clearance, given your responsibilities will include assisting government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education to customers and address inquiries using the most current information about our programs.
  • Consistently meet departmental quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
  • Adhere to established protocols while handling sensitive information with care and discretion.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer focus and empathy in every interaction.
  • Proficiency in using online reference materials to deliver accurate and efficient information.
  • Capability to navigate various technical systems, including desktop applications and call center phone systems.
  • Solid computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • The ability to pass a language knowledge assessment is necessary.
  • A reliable internet connection suitable for remote work is mandatory.
