Outbound Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to businesses in the greater Toronto area
  

• Build and maintain a network of B2B connections
  

• Establish relationships with potential clients such as realtors, property managers, and storage facilities
  

• Qualify leads by asking specific questions about client needs
  

• Forward qualified leads to the inbound sales team
  

• Meet daily targets for calls made and leads generated
  

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
  

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling role
  

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP software like Dialpad
  

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  

• Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection
  

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
