Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Permhunt, you will be responsible for the management of our global expansion efforts. You'll work closely with our founding team to identify and qualify acquisition channels which deliver leads with the highest ROI and LTV. Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing prospects, managing our automated outbound prospecting channel with leads and initial client engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for regional market expansion.
  • Optimize and manage targeted cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly and Lemlist to maximize engagement and meeting conversions.
  • Qualify prospects, conducting initial assessments and scheduling discovery meetings to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to acquire and onboard new clients.
  • Engage in outbound outreach, leveraging cold email to cultivate relationships and expand our client portfolio.
  • Utilize a structured approach to identify and address clients' unique needs.


Desired Qualifications (Apply if you have some or all of the following):

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with international clients (Mainly AU and US) and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
