Responsibilities
  • Guide Czech-speaking clients through the onboarding process for digital subscriptions.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide tailored support to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer usage data and devise strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Work closely with teams to resolve any service-related issues swiftly.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their value.
  • Gather feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns to encourage loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage trends.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-oriented mindset.
