As a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will involve handling customer calls, emails, and chats, all focused on providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients of a leading electronics company.
  • Manage inquiries, support requests, and complaints through phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer technical assistance and product information to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in customer service processes.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay current with product offerings and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
