ServiceNow Leader / Delivery Executive
NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Leader with experience in providing expert advice and assistance to organizations to help them implement or improve their systems, identify efficiencies and overall help develop strategic roadmaps. The ServiceNow Leader will work closely with and support our Clients, Technical Architects, Business Process Consultants, Program Management and identified key stakeholders. This position is a unique opportunity for someone with high-energy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand detailed business requirements. Provide mapping requirements and software solutions.
Assist in developing and supporting software applications.
Provides expertise with application development methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
Assist in developing and supporting software applications. Design and implement new functionality and enhancements to the software product.
Assist in preparing high-level design documents based on project requirements.
Evaluate business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases
Partner with project leadership teams to identify efficiencies, growth opportunities and product/platform roadmap(s).
Assist/Review training materials and participate in client fulfiller training sessions

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience,
5+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Technical Delivery and/or Delivery Leadership role; working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing strategies and efficiencies across the platform
Certification (not mandatory, preferred) in any of the practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, APM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.
