Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Success Manager based in Greece! If you are passionate about fostering customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, this role is the perfect fit for you.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding Polish-speaking clients toward achieving their goals and maximizing the value of our products and services. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, understanding their needs, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Polish-speaking clients, understanding their requirements and goals
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition
  • Proactively check in with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor customer success metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and empathetic approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer success, and a willingness to learn
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic environment
