Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across our retail operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends and opportunities within our e-commerce channels, driving data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and correlations, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Use statistical techniques to create forecasting models, guiding inventory management and sales projections.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize processes.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality standards, ensuring accurate and reliable information for business decisions.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, with strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with systems like NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Shipstation and FedEx systems.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
