1 - 3 years of Commercial brokerage experience, Valid PC license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days, College degree preferred, Industry specific designations preferred (CISR, ARM), Proficient in insurance agency management systems.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist Account Managers with account servicing needs
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Process policy changes and endorsements accurately
- Manage daily account servicing such as cancellations and billing
- Perform all other account servicing duties as assigned
