Sales Development Representative at TechSales

Are you passionate about B2B SaaS growth and ready to drive success in global markets? 🌍 We're looking for a talented and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, help lead outreach initiatives, and guide clients through training and consulting support. If you have a passion for technology and outreach expertise, we want you on our team! 🚀

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach projects in collaboration with two part-time interns.
  • Provide training and consultancy support for clients' outreach strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven experience with global outreach campaigns.
  • Expertise with outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and Heyreach.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
