Mental Health Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Location: You will be based from Home but your role will require some travel to services so you can understand the people we support and the recovery centre approach required. The role will cover services in Bristol, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford, Swindon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) + other benefits

As a Quality and Practice Practitioner, you will use your expertise in mental health to support recovery and independence for people who have been in hospital and are preparing for rehabilitation. You will be instrumental in driving high-quality, person-centered care within our services, working closely with local authorities, the NHS, and the Ministry of Justice. This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses or Social Workers looking to shift from demanding shift patterns into a structured Monday-to-Friday role, where your experience can create a lasting impact.
