Role Summary

Our client is looking for a talented Systems Administrator to help them deliver world-class support to their clients. The ideal candidate must possess great customer service skills and excel at technical support and problem-solving.

SCHEDULE: TBD – Pacific Daylight Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Troubleshoot tier 2-3 issues and outages
  • Rebuild Active Directory environments
  • Deploy network servers and technology tools
  • Update security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
  • Support client end-users via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Create concise technical documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business IT support, Helpdesk, or NOC
  • The following are highly desired:
    • Experience with databases (SQL)
    • Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems)
    • Scripting experience (PowerShell)
    • Current Microsoft Certification: MCSA, MCSE, or similar
    • Systems Certification: Citrix or VMware
    • Networking Certification: CCNA, SonicWall, or Watchguard
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and Windows 10/11
  • Great networking skills (configuring firewalls)
  • Expertise with backup/recovery systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to project a professional, friendly image over the phone and video call
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and completely
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be self-motivated, can handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and have a proven track record in customer service
